Quebec is considering banning the sale of energy drinks to minors under 16, following the death of a 15-year-old who consumed a Red Bull after taking ADHD medication. The teen's parents, David Miron and Veronica Martinez, are advocating for the ban, which has gained about 15,000 signatures in a petition. Health Minister Sonia Bélanger is reviewing the idea and will consult with experts.
