💨 Abstract
A Vancouver-based mining company, Vizsla Silver, reported that nine out of ten workers abducted from its project in Mexico have died. The workers were kidnapped in January, and bodies were found in a clandestine grave in February. The company is supporting the ongoing investigation and the family of the missing worker. Mexican authorities are working to confirm identities and collect evidence. Family members had previously reported threats from organized crime groups in the area.
