💨 Abstract
At least six fans of former President Donald Trump attending a rally in Arizona experienced inexplicable eye injuries. Symptoms included burning eyes and temporary blindness. Mayra Rodriguez, one of the affected individuals, reported the incident to the Trump campaign, but the cause remains undiagnosed. Rodriguez and others who sat near her on the right side of the stage experienced symptoms, while those on the left did not.
