💨 Abstract

In Coronation Street, Shona Platt's estranged son Clayton Hibbs, who is in prison for murder, attempts suicide. This happens after David Platt, Shona's husband, secretly visits him and tells him Shona wants no contact. When David finds Shona distressed, the police reveal Clayton's condition. Shona rushes to the hospital to find him unresponsive.
