Coronation Street star Seamus McGoff has confirmed his exit from the soap, with his character Matty Radcliffe's final scenes airing recently. Matty and his brother Logan were involved in a hostage situation in prison after stabbing their brother Mason to death. This is part of a wave of cast exits, including Colson Smith, who played Craig Tinker, and Sue Cleaver, who played Eileen Grimshaw.
