An eight-year-old boy, Michael Millett, was fatally attacked by two loose dogs in his Florida neighborhood on Monday. The incident occurred when he tried to pet the dogs. Despite his mother's attempts to protect him, she was unable to save him from the 12 bite wounds he sustained. The dogs have been captured, and the owner, with a criminal history linked to drugs, is under investigation.
