Chelsea have agreed to pay €4m (£3.4m) for 16-year-old Kazakhstan forward Dastan Satpaev, a record transfer fee for the Kazakhstan Premier League. Satpaev, who will join on a five-year deal, cannot move to Chelsea until he turns 18 due to current rules.
