A mother, Stephanie Boardman, urges women to use Clare's Law to check for a partner's history of domestic abuse after her ex, Franco Lucci, was convicted of coercive control, stalking, and other abusive behaviors. Lucci used an AirTag and Google Maps tracker to monitor Stephanie, listened to her private conversations, and destroyed her devices.
