A death row inmate, James Osgood, apologized to his victim Tracy Lynn Wilemon and her family before his execution by lethal injection for raping and murdering her in 2010. Osgood was pronounced dead at 6.35pm on the day of his execution. He had admitted to his crimes and asked for the death sentence, stating he wanted to spare the family further hearings.
