💨 Abstract

A section of the M25 motorway was closed after a waste lorry collided with another HGV and overturned, spilling oil, diesel, and waste onto the road. The anticlockwise carriageway between junctions five and six was shut around 3:45 AM and expected to remain closed during the morning rush hour. National Highways warned that clearing the spillage and resurfacing the road will be extensive and complex, causing significant morning delays.
