💨 Abstract
Monzo Bank has introduced an "undo payment" feature, allowing customers to cancel a bank transfer within 10-60 seconds after sending it. This feature aims to prevent mistakes such as sending money to the wrong person or incorrect amounts. The bank's research shows that nearly one-third of Brits have made such errors in the past year. The feature will roll out to Monzo's 12 million customers, providing a safety net for quick transfers.
