A 21-year-old Ukrainian national, Roman Lavrynovych, has been charged with three counts of arson aimed at endangering life. The incidents involved fires at two properties and a car linked to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer in north London. The fires occurred on May 8, 11, and 12, 2025. Lavrynovych is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistratesâ Court.
