💨 Abstract

A High Court ruling has led to the potential cancellation of upcoming music festivals in Brockwell Park, south London. Campaigner Rebekah Shaman successfully challenged Lambeth Council over the park's use for events like Brockwell Live, which includes festivals like Mighty Hoopla. The judge found that parts of the park would be used for events for more than the legally allowed 28 days without additional planning consent.
