Ellis Hollins will return as Tom Cunningham for Hollyoaks' 30th anniversary. Tom, who left after over two decades, will face Clare Devine, who previously manipulated him to access his brother Max's fortune. The character moved to Spain with sister Cindy and her family in dramatic scenes. Clare, despite being dead, also returns.
