💨 Abstract
A woman, Mischa Fawbert, was fined £80 after hitting a police officer with a roll of toilet paper during a mental health crisis. Police had entered her home in Congleton, Cheshire, for a welfare check. Fawbert, who had a one-year-old child, struck PC Alex Camenzuli with the toilet paper after feeling triggered by the officers' presence.
