💨 Abstract
Co-op is the first UK retailer to deploy electronic shelf labels in all its shops, aiming to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. By the end of 2026, all 2,400 convenience stores will have these labels, replacing paper ones and reducing waste. The labels, provided by VusionGroup, allow quick price updates, display important product information, and aid in inventory management. Despite recent cyber attacks on Co-op and M&S, the new systems remained unaffected.
