💨 Abstract
The House of Life, a queer cabaret at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, offered an unexpected, transformative experience. Founded by Ben Welch, the show combines music and audience interaction to create a unique, uplifting atmosphere. Welch, as The Rev, and his sidekick Trev engage the audience, turning personal revelations into impromptu musical performances. The show has a global following and is coming to London's Soho Theatre.
