💨 Abstract

Mental health services were criticized in an inquest for the suicide of 25-year-old deaf influencer Imogen Nunn. Despite her communicating her intent to end her life, including purchasing lethal substances, proper safeguarding measures were not implemented. Her supportive mother highlighted her positive influence, while the coroner found that systemic failures, particularly relating to communication and interpreters for deaf individuals, contributed to Imogen's death.
