💨 Abstract
Chris Hughes recently discovered a lump on his testicles but was relieved to find it was nothing serious. He used this experience to urge men to regularly check themselves for testicular cancer, a cause he has long advocated for due to his family's history with the disease. Hughes has previously raised awareness through a live examination on "This Morning" and a documentary with his brother Ben, who was also diagnosed with testicular cancer.
