šŸ’Ø Abstract

NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams completed a 45-day rehab program after returning from the International Space Station (ISS). Their nine-month stay resulted in significant muscle and bone loss, leading to severe fatigue and other health issues upon re-entering Earth's gravity. They spent two hours daily in reconditioning exercises, in addition to their regular duties.
