💨 Abstract
Anthony Hamilton, a professional snooker player for 34 years, is retiring. His career spanned two distinct stages: before and after a neck injury. Initially, he was a prolific break-builder but adapted to a more strategic style post-injury. Hamilton won his sole ranking title at the 2017 German Masters. He recalls memorable matches, including playing against Steve Davis and overcoming a tough loss to Mark Williams.
