💨 Abstract
A family photography business, Rolph and Co, has been locked out of their Meta (formerly Facebook) accounts for over three months, losing an estimated £10,000. Gavin and Jenni Rolph have been unable to access their crucial Instagram account since March 6, despite frequent appeals and even legal notices. They claim Meta's support has been unresponsive, and their business has suffered significantly as customers believe they have closed down.
