💨 Abstract
Newcastle are pursuing Joao Pedro after missing out on Bryan Mbeumo. The club aims to strengthen their forward line, which is heavily reliant on Alexander Isak. Pedro, who has scored in double figures in his two seasons at Brighton, is reportedly destined to leave the club after a training ground incident. Chelsea, who had also been interested in Pedro, seem focused on Hugo Ekitike. Brighton has signed Stefanos Tzimas, a young forward, to replace Pedro.
