💨 Abstract
The Brit Awards, held annually, will move to Manchester for the 2026 and 2027 ceremonies, marking the first time in nearly 50 years that the event will not be in London. The Co-op Live arena will host the event and is described as a major gig location. The move is part of efforts to celebrate and support new talent and emerging artists. Next year's ceremony will be broadcast on ITV channels and sponsored by Mastercard.
