EastEnders has seen significant changes and returns for its 40th anniversary. Key characters like Ross Kemp as Grant Mitchell and Anita Dobson as Angie Watts made surprise appearances. Tragically, Martin Fowler died in an explosion at the Queen Vic, leading to several exits, including Stacey Slater with her children and departures of Sharon Watts and Ian Beale.
