đź’¨ Abstract

A chemical leak at an explosives plant in Ohio caused a village evacuation and flight groundings. Around 8:30 AM on Wednesday, 3,000 gallons of nitric acid spilled from a 5,000-gallon tank at the Austin Powder Red Diamond plant, releasing a large orange plume into the air. The incident prompted the evacuation of the nearby village and grounded flights within a vast radius.
