💨 Abstract
An incident occurred at Liverpool Lime Street where 25-year-old Osman Moalem attempted to kidnap a teenage girl. The girl, 19 years old, was waiting for friends and tried to escape as Moalem dragged her, smirking. Onlookers intervened, and police officers later arrested him. The CCTV footage played a crucial role in the conviction. Moalem was sentenced to two years and three months.
