💨 Abstract
In January 2019, a 32-year-old fitness coach and actor experienced an excruciating headache during a boxing class, which he later realized was a stroke. Despite initially feeling confused and exhausted, he brushed off the symptoms. After his wife insisted on medical attention, he was diagnosed with a stroke and a congenital heart defect called atrial septal defect (ASD). Surgery in the UK repaired his heart, but recovery was slow.
