Bethany Eaton, a former police officer, transitioned to a career in nutritional medicine after health issues. She created Nush almond yoghurts to meet the demand for dairy-free yogurt, now sold in major UK supermarkets. Her diet changed due to her breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. She avoids certain foods due to side effects of chemotherapy and ingestion issues caused by prescribed medications. Today, her kitchen staples reflect her health journey and dietary restrictions.
