💨 Abstract
Gareth Southgate, the former England manager, has officially applied to coach Poland's national team. Southgate resigned from England in July after losing the Euro 2024 final. Despite previously saying he wouldn't take on a coaching job for at least a year, he has now expressed a strong interest in leading Poland. This comes after Michal Probierz stepped down following a dispute with Robert Lewandowski, who refused to play under Probierz.
