💨 Abstract

During Learning Disability Week, Hilton Hotel's Waldorf Hotel launched a pop-up tearoom staffed by employees with learning disabilities. Employees like Sam, who has Down’s Syndrome, were served in this initiative, boosting their confidence and independence. Hilton aims to demonstrate support for the special educational needs (SEN) community and promote diversity in the hospitality industry.
