British actress Pik-Sen Lim, known for roles in "Doctor Who" and "Mind Your Language," passed away at 80. Born in British Malaya, she moved to Britain at 16 to pursue acting. Her first screen role was in "Emergency Ward 10" in 1964. Lim married scriptwriter Don Houghton and appeared in his "Doctor Who" serial "The Mind of Evil."
