💨 Abstract
Ready-to-eat chicken fettuccine alfredo products have been recalled due to a listeria outbreak, which has caused three deaths and one fetal loss in 13 US states. FreshRealm initiated the recall after the outbreak strain of Listeria monocytogenes was found in samples. Affected individuals fell ill from August 2024 to May 2025.
