💨 Abstract

A passenger on a transatlantic Singapore Airlines flight from Germany to New York, Doreen Benary, experienced a severe allergic reaction after allegedly being served shrimp despite warning the crew about her shellfish allergy. The flight had to make an emergency landing in Paris. Benary, a physician, is suing the airline for damages, claiming the crew's mistake led to her illness and subsequent medical treatments. Singapore Airlines has been contacted for comment.
