đ¨ Abstract
A British Airways flight from London to Dubai had to turn back hours before landing due to the US air strike on Iran. The Boeing 787, en route over Egypt and Saudi Arabia, diverted to Zurich due to proximity to Iranian airspace. BA cancelled further flights to Dubai and Doha, while Emirates' operations remained unaffected. Tehran warned of severe consequences following the strike. BA cited safety as the primary reason for adjusting their flight schedule.
