💨 Abstract
In 2022, Chloe Hewitt, an events manager for Herbalife, was injured at a company event in Mauritius when she was pushed into a pool and cut her foot on broken glass. Hewitt is suing Herbalife for £250,000, alleging negligence in providing a safe environment and inadequate supervision. Herbalife denies liability, stating the incident occurred after their event had ended. The case is pending a full trial.
