💨 Abstract
Phone snatching remains a significant issue in London. Recently, footage emerged of a man having his phone stolen while jogging near the river Thames. The thief, on an e-bike, swerved onto the pavement and grabbed the victim's phone. Other incidents include Adele Pearson and Rutesh Durve, both of whom had their phones stolen by e-bike riders. The Metropolitan Police have made efforts to curb this crime, lately arresting 10 individuals involved in phone snatching gangs.
