💨 Abstract
Daniel Bannister, a convicted killer who has stalked Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole, admitted breaching a restraining order by visiting her home again. The 50-year-old pleaded guilty at Reading Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody awaiting sentencing. Bannister has a history of violating restraining orders, previously jailed for 16 weeks in March 2024 and four months in 2022.
