💨 Abstract
A new sleeper train route launched today, connecting Warsaw, Poland, to Rijeka, Croatia, covering 745 miles through five countries in 19 hours. The PKP Intercity service reduces travel time by over a third compared to current multi-stop routes. Operating four times weekly during summer, the train offers air-conditioned carriages, couchette cars with beds, and dining services. The route includes stops in notable cities and offers scenic views.
