Premier League clubs Chelsea and Newcastle United are competing to sign Brighton & Hove Albion forward Joao Pedro. The Brazilian, who scored 10 goals and provided six assists in the 2023-24 season, is valued at £60 million by Brighton and has expressed his desire to leave the club. Brighton's head coach Fabian Hurzeler maintains that Pedro is expected back for training soon.
