💨 Abstract
English punk duo Bob Vylan performed at Glastonbury, sparking controversy by leading audience chants of “Free Palestine” and “Death to the IDF,” statements deemed “inflammatory” and “deeply offensive” by many, including the BBC, the Israeli Embassy and senior UK politicians. Bob Vylan—consisting of Bobby and Bobbie Vylan—adopted their stage names to protect anonymity. The performance is under police investigation to determine if any criminal offenses were committed.
