💨 Abstract

Marks & Spencer, hit by an April cyber attack, expects to fully resume its online shopping services within four weeks. Nearly half of its systems, including Click and Collect, remain offline. The attack, which interrupted contactless payments and Click and Collect, resulted in stolen customer data but no compromised passwords or card details. The company anticipates a £300 million profit loss this year, partially covered by insurance.
