💨 Abstract
Newcastle United is close to signing Anthony Elanga from Nottingham Forest for around £55m. The 23-year-old Swede had a standout season, scoring six goals and providing 11 assists in 38 Premier League games. Manchester United, who sold Elanga to Forest last year, will benefit from a sell-on clause, earning £6m from the deal. Elanga's move to Newcastle could secure him a chance to play in the Champions League next season.
