💨 Abstract
A 90-year-old pensioner, Alexandra Cook, returned from a holiday to discover her front door had been forcibly removed by emergency services. Despite assurances, three months on, the door replacement is not done. Cook says she doesn't feel safe after the breached door, her brickwork is damaged and it's causing her difficulty breathing. The landlord, L&Q, acknowledges the problem and promises urgent action.
