💨 Abstract
Sarah Sugden, after having an emergency hysterectomy, struggles with her loss and her return to village life. Cain Dingle, despite initially not supporting Sarah's fertility plans, suggests surrogacy as a solution, promising to support her. Charity, meanwhile, feels guilty for her poor timing in revealing her reservations about Sarah's plans. Sarah is discharged from the hospital and tries to suppress her emotions, but an accident reveals her true pain to Cain.
