💨 Abstract
UEFA has fined Chelsea up to £78.5 million for breaching financial regulations, including the "football earnings rule" and "squad cost rule." Chelsea may face restrictions on registering new players for the Champions League next season if they don't meet financial targets. Aston Villa was fined €26 million, and Barcelona, Lyon, Besiktas, Panathinaikos, and Hajduk Split were also penalized.
