💨 Abstract
Jordan Brown, a 37-year-old snooker player, hit a career low last year, considering quitting due to poor performance and mental health struggles. His bad results affected his confidence and financial stability, leading to a mental breakdown around Christmas. Brown sought help from coach Fergal O’Brien, which he credits with turning his career around. O’Brien's experience and positive mindset have significantly improved Brown's mental approach to the game.
