💨 Abstract
After her divorce, 32-year-old Chantelle Dyson initially hesitated about owning a home again but found a one-bedroom house in Chelmsford that changed her perspective. She purchased the property in December 2020 and has since transformed it into a colorful, personalized space. Despite initial uncertainty, she found that owning the home provided stability and a sense of belonging, especially after her divorce. She secured a favorable mortgage rate and plans to continue enhancing the property.
