💨 Abstract

In Syria, over 1,000 people have been killed in clashes, executions, and Israeli airstrikes in the southern city of Sweida. The violence involved Druze minority factions and Bedouin tribes, with Israeli intervention and Syrian military involvement. Hospitals in Sweida are overwhelmed, lacking space and supplies. A ceasefire was announced, but its durability is uncertain. The ceasefire includes the deployment of government forces and humanitarian corridors.
