Malcolm-Jamal Warner, best known for his role as Theo Huxtable in "The Cosby Show," has died at 54. He drowned while swimming with his family in Costa Rica. Warner began his acting career at a young age, earning an Emmy nomination for his work on "The Cosby Show." Following that, he starred in several other TV shows and was also a producer. He is survived by his wife and daughter, whom he kept private.
